Join us for Flow & Sing—a soulful 90-minute class that combines vinyasa yoga with the power of collective voice. This unique offering is designed to help you ground, release, and reconnect through mindful movement and simple, affirming group singing.
We’ll begin with a mindful but strong vinyasa yoga flow to warm up the body and create space within. Then we’ll explore vocal warmups and end by learning a short, original song written specifically for the class—easy to follow, uplifting, and meant to be shared in community. Whether you're a seasoned yogi, an occasional singer, or completely new to both, this space is for you. No experience required—just a willingness to breathe, move, and express.
