Perfect for enhancing your recovery and refreshing your body and mind, you will get access to our cold plunge room for 10 minutes to plunge and refresh. Don't forget your swim suite or additional proper clothing for the plunge. You will be asked to rinse off in our luxurious shower room before plunging. - Revitalize (Class + Cryotherapy + Intramuscular B-12 Shot- $119):
