Most people already know it as “The Zone.” It’s a state of timeless, effortless clarity that exists when a person is fully immersed in an activity. We’ve found from countless hours of research that the activities we provide are a foolproof method of engaging the mind and body to a high enough extent that The Flow State is all but guaranteed.

You don’t have to be “a dancer” or “coordinated” to start. Flow arts are super beginner-friendly: you learn simple patterns, your body slowly understands the rhythm, and then one day it just clicks… that’s your flow state.

Flow arts might look like simple circles and spinning from the outside, but underneath, it’s working on mind, body, spirit, community, and confidence all at once—through movement, self expression, and a whole lot of play.

• Props available — we bring poi, hoops, staffs, and LED props. Try something new. No skill required.

The Flow Jam at Riptidez Delray lives out back. Their covered patio becomes the heart of the night, with props moving, music carrying, and the fire circle lighting up the open air. Step inside between sets and look up. A cloud-shifting ceiling moves through the colors of a tropical sky, and textured lava rock walls hold the heat. The place runs around the clock and never quite settles down, which is exactly the kind of energy a Flow Jam thrives on.
