Flow into Vitality

In this 6 week yoga flow series we will focus on developing increased strength, flexibility and mobility in order to find greater ease and balanced energy in our day to day lives. This is a more challenging class, however modifications will be offered to meet most levels of experience.

Space is limited and pre-registration is required for the entire series. Classes are all recorded so if you miss a class you will still have the opportunity to practice that week when it suits you.
