Two hours of full-spectrum restoration to leave you grounded, replenished, and ready—whether training, recovering, or resetting.

Give your body - and mind - the recovery it deserves in this two-hour immersive session. We’ll begin with a gentle, mobility-focused flow to release tension and restore healthy range of motion. From there, you’ll settle into an extended guided non-sleep deep rest (NSDR) practice - known in yoga as Yoga Nidra - a proven technique to calm the nervous system, enhance muscle recovery, and support mental clarity through visualization, gentle awareness, and relaxation.
