Frequently asked questions

What do I need to bring?

Bring a kitchen scale! Kitchen scales are an absolute requirement for sourdough. Here is the one I used when starting out: https://a.co/d/6kNzgro

What do I need to have at home to be successful?

A kitchen scale. A dutch oven (or any pot with a lid that is oven safe up to 500 degrees) OR two bread loaf pans. High quality all-purpose flour to feed your sourdough starter. Filtered Water.

Where do I park?

There is a small free lot right out front of the 6750 building, and a larger lot behind that. Park anywhere that you can find an open space!
