Can I just come to one day of the program?

Participants are registering for a 4-week course series, not individual classes. If you have to miss one week that is fine, but you cannot register for only one day of class.

How much physical activity will this class involve?

The first three days will primarily be sitting. The field trip will involve walking over uneven terrain approximately 1.5 miles. If you are concerned about the field trip, please reach out and we will discuss options!
