Can I attend if I have no dance experience?

Absolutely. This workshop is for those with little to no experience.

Is there anything specific I need to bring with me?

Knee pads and a personal water bottle are always required for class. This workshop you also need a notepad of some sort and a pen/pencil for the journaling portion.

What is the attire for class?

Wear what makes you comfortable and feeling good in your body. Here are a few suggestions : sports bra, bikini, lingerie, shorts, leggings, sweatpants, socks/heels.
