Yes, we’d love to see your pup! Just make sure they’re on a leash (max 6 ft), wearing ID tags, licensed, and up-to-date on vaccinations.

Pretty Good Boy is located inside ROW DTLA. You can park in the ROW DTLA parking structure—your first 2 hours are free.

What risks should I be aware of at the event?

Participation involves risks, including potential injury, illness, or property damage. Risks may include interactions with other dogs, slips, falls, bites, and exposure to contagious diseases.

Do I accept responsibility for risks by registering?

By registering, you voluntarily accept all risks, including those arising from the Organizer's negligence or actions of other participants

Am I waiving any claims by attending?

Yes, you release the Organizer, affiliates, volunteers, sponsors, and venue owners from any claims or damages, including those related to COVID-19.

Am I responsible for damages caused by my dog?

Yes, you agree to indemnify and hold the Organizer and partners harmless from any claims or damages caused by you or your dog's actions.

Can the Organizer use photos or videos of me?

By attending, you grant the Organizer the right to use photos, videos, or recordings taken at the Event for promotional purposes without compensation.

What are the health and behavior requirements for my dog?

Accepted Answer

Your dog must be healthy, vaccinated, and have no history of aggressive behavior. Dogs posing risks may be asked to leave the Event.

Do I agree to these terms by registering?

Accepted Answer

Yes, by registering for the Event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.

What happens if the event is canceled, or changed due to unforeseen circumstances?

Accepted Answer

The Organizer is not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes to the Event caused by circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to weather, government restrictions, or public health emergencies.
