A sound bath is a meditative practice that uses resonant musical instruments to create an immersive sound experience that can help people relax and let go of stress and anxiety. The sounds are played in a way that encourages the mind to relax and the body to release tension.

What should I bring?

You can bring a light blanket, and an open heart. Wearing a bathing suit is recommended for those floating in the pool or who plan on taking a dip in the pool or hot tub. We do have pool side seating for guests who want to be near the water but not on a float.

One of the primary purposes of sound healing is to help ease anxiety, stress and aid in relaxation. Meditation practice has excellent benefits for your overall well-being. Could help with Sleep disorders, pain, focus, lower blood pressure, racing thoughts, and so much more!

What should I expect?

During a sound bath, participants lie on a pool float often with a blanket. You will close your eyes and listen to the singing bowls and other instruments being played. Some guests fall asleep because the vibrations are that relaxing. You will still reap the benefits even if you fall asleep!
