Based in San Francisco, Letterform Archive is a nonprofit center for inspiration, education, and community, with a collection of over 100,000  items related to lettering, typography, calligraphy, and graphic design. The Archive hosts and presents a variety of events related to letterforms, including public lectures and workshops as part of its Type West education program.

In this four-day intensive held Wednesdays (February 2, 9, 16 and 23), students will learn how to use Procreate for sketching, refining, and delivering a final piece — all on the iPad. This course will cover helpful sketching techniques, core principles of lettering and spacing, and killer tips to make the most of these new tools. Working efficiently in a digital environment can be tricky, but Tad Wagner is here to jumpstart your skills to make the experience effective and fun.Note: This special online workshop is capped at 10 students to allow for more one-on-one instruction.Required Materials<ul><li>Fully charged iPad Pro/iPad (6th Gen)</li><li>Procreate App (Installed)</li><li>Apple Pencil</li></ul>
