About this Event

Sunday, March 1st, 1pm to 3pm

Taught by experienced instructors and knappers Barney DeSimone and Steven Saffold (Chumash Native).

Learn the art of the ancients. Make stone arrowheads and other tools that were used by our ancestors for millennia. BEGINNERS WELCOME.

All tools and stone supplied but bring your own if you like. It is recommended that you bring your own gloves and safety glasses (we will have a limited supply). It is also a good idea to wear long sleeves and pants, as well as closed-toed shoes. Knapped stone can be very sharp!
