Join our small group class to learn the optimal ways to stretch and strengthen your body through personalized programs and instruction. All levels and abilities are welcome!

Meet Your Yoga Instructor:

"Hello friends!

Although (and maybe because) I’ve played many different sports throughout my life, I’d be the last person you’d imagine teaching yoga. I couldn’t even bend down and touch my toes – I was that inflexible. I thought that could never change, but I was wrong!

After years of on and off casual yoga practice, I finally developed a regular practice and completed a month-long training in India. The improvements in my flexibility were incredible! Although I’m nowhere near pretzel-level, I far surpassed my own expectations of my body’s limitations and can now put my palms nearly flat on the floor. And if I can do it, you can do it too!

To me, yoga is not just a physical practice but a lifestyle. It’s a way of incorporating mindfulness, breathing, and engaged perspective in everyday life. It’s aligning yourself and your values. It’s finding happiness and peace. It’s work. It’s growth. It’s positivity.

In my classes, I plan to incorporate breathwork, positivity, fun, and mindfulness into the physical yoga postures. Let’s work out, get flexible, strengthen our muscles, find happiness, and make friends! 

I’ve completed my 200-Hour Instructor Training in Rishikesh, India, “The Yoga Capital of the World” under Guru Vishnu Panigrahi and taught by yogis who truly live and breathe what they teach every day. Additionally, I’m a Flexologist at StretchLab and have a passion for helping folks increase flexibility. Join me in this ongoing journey and sign up for my classes!"
