Welcome to the Flex & Flow Yoga Sessions at Madisonville Rec Center! Join our Beginner's yoga class Wednedsays (6 PM- 7 PM) & Saturdays (1 PM - 2PM).
This in-person event is perfect for all skill levels, whether you're a beginner or a seasoned yogi. Experience the fusion of vitality, balance, & healthy lifestyle principles as we flow through Vinyasa, Chair Yoga, & Hatha practices.
Flex your body and flow through various poses to improve your strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. With personalized guidance and encouragement from an experienced instructor, we'll:
- Explore seated/standing poses
- Learn breathing/relaxation techniques
- Improve posture/ movement
Please bring your own mat and wear comfortable clothing that allows free range of motion.
