Join us for a summer full of live music, fitness and fun for your little ones. We have an event for everyone!

The Founders Row Yoga Series 2025 is a six-week outdoor wellness series designed to build community connection through movement, mindfulness, art, and fun. Each session offers a unique theme, blending physical health with emotional and creative expression. Our goal is to create inclusive experiences that residents and guests will remember—boosting participation, wellness engagement, and overall community vibrancy.Join us for a day of community vibes and vibrational discovery. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or just starting out, there's something for everyone. <h3>CLASSES START AT 6:30PM</h3> FITNESS SERIES LINE-UP:MAY 20TH — Community Mural Art &amp; Yoga Session Kick off the series with a special community-centered session blending creativity and movement. Begin with a 40-minute gentle yoga practice focused on grounding and opening the body, followed by a collaborative mural painting led by local artist Eliana. Participants will help create a living piece of art celebrating unity, self-expression, and new beginnings at Founders Row. MAY 27TH — Tai Chi Flow Experience the ancient art of Tai Chi—a moving meditation that builds balance, flexibility, and calmness. Dante Baker will guide participants through a flowing series of movements that synchronize breath, body, and mind. Perfect for beginners and experienced movers alike, this practice is ideal for enhancing stress relief and cultivating inner peace. JUNE 3RD — Sound Healing / Yin Yoga and Meditation Enter a deep state of relaxation with this soothing blend of Yin Yoga (long, supported stretches) and Crystal Sound Bowl Healing. Britt Daniels will lead a restorative practice designed to reset the nervous system, followed by a guided meditation enhanced by therapeutic sound vibrations. A perfect mid-week recharge for mind, body, and soul. JUNE 10TH — Pilates and Yoga in the ParkStrengthen and lengthen with this energetic fusion of Pilates core work and dynamic yoga flow. Britt Daniels will guide participants through mindful movement that targets posture, stability, strength, and flexibility—all while enjoying the fresh outdoor air. Great for all levels! JUNE 17TH — Drumbeat Yoga &amp; Open Air Boxing with Rumble Boxing Start the class with an open-air boxing lesson from in the instructors at Rumble Boxing. Then feel the rhythm of movement with Drumbeat Yoga, a one-of-a-kind experience blending live hand drumming and vinyasa flow. Britt and Dante will create an energizing and primal atmosphere where participants move to the beat, awakening both body and spirit. Perfect for stress release, self-expression, and boosting positive energy. JUNE 24TH — Puppy Yoga with Petey and Fur Friends (Adoption Event) End the series with smiles, movement, and puppy kisses! This lighthearted yoga session invites participants to stretch, relax, and interact with adorable, adoptable puppies from a partnering animal adoption center. A fun and therapeutic way to support local rescues and lift community spirit. This event is in partnership with Petey and Fur Friends. SUMMER AT THE ROW:The Yoga Flow Fitness series is a part of the Summer At The Row event series.
