Cincinnati Functinal Fitness welcomes Fleet Feet Runners and Walkers! Please join us for 11 weeks of strength and conditioning focused on exercises to benefit endurance athletes. My name is Sarah Buckley and I have been training Fleet Feet participants for a little over a year. My goal is to keep you pain free, healthy and on the road so you can acheive your goals!
