Celebrate Mother's Day and AANHPI Heritage Month with a unique culinary journey! Flavors of the Marianas: A Marianas Festival Feast brings the vibrant and delicious cuisine of the Mariana Islands to the intimate setting of Fressen Artisan Bakery for one exclusive night.
This special pop-up features a collaboration between two renowned chefs:
- Worldchefs Master Chef and President of the Micronesian Chefs Association (MCA), Chef Peter Dueñas, the culinary force behind the acclaimed Meskla restaurant and host of "Outdoor Chef," brings a global perspective and unparalleled expertise to this unique collaboration.
- Portland's own Chef Ed Sablan (of PDX671 and BIBA! CHamoru Kitchen), recognized by Saveur and featured on Food Network's Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives, is a familiar and beloved presence in the local food scene. He will be sharing his authentic and deeply flavorful Chamorro heritage at Flavors of the Marianas.
