Feeling exhausted but unable to truly switch off?

FLAT OUT. is a guided wellbeing experience designed to help you pause, reset and reconnect.

Through gentle breathwork, guided relaxation and simple, science-backed techniques, you'll learn practical ways to calm your nervous system and leave feeling more grounded, refreshed and better equipped to manage everyday stress.

No yoga. No fitness required. No previous experience needed. Just come as you are.

Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, constantly "on", or simply in need of a reset, you'll find a welcoming space to rest and recharge.

Choose the session that suits you:

☀️ Morning Reset Thursday 10 July | 9:30–10:30am (1 hour) A focused lunchtime-friendly reset to help you feel calmer, clearer and re-energised for the rest of your day.

🌅 Evening Deep Reset Thursday 10 July | 6:00–7:30pm (90 minutes) A longer, more immersive session with extended guided rest and nervous system restoration.
