Do I need to bring my own Flair?

No! We have a Flair Pro 3 and a Flair 58+ 2 that we will use during the class!

When should I show up to Metric?

We recommend arriving at Metric 5-10 minutes before the scheduled start time. 2-3 minutes before class, a Metric team member will bring everyone to the back for class!
