Overview

Join us in person to create colorful flags spreading messages of peace and unity for everyone!

Flag-Making for Peace

Join us in person at Frontline Arts in the gallery for a creative and fun session where you’ll design your very own flag promoting peace!

The flags will be installed across the bridge between The Red Mill Museum Village and The Hunterdon Art Museum in Clinton, New Jersey, as part of the Mill to Mill Peace Project, in collaboration with The Hunterdon Art Museum, and will open on Flag Day 2026, June 14.

We'll supply blank flags (natural cotton fabric) and community supplies, or you can bring your own materials, such as block printing, fabric or paint markers, fabric or acrylic paint, sewing and embroidery supplies, fabrics, beads... As long as it's handmade and weatherproof, this workshop is perfect for expressing your message through colors and symbols.

Bring your friends or come solo – everyone’s welcome to make a statement of unity and hope. Let’s get creative and spread some positive vibes together!
