We are on a mission to unite our BIPOC, youth, and seniors through a culturally sound health and wellness event!!
Flag Day for Health and Wellness mission is to engage everyone across the diaspora on health and wellness and what it means to live a healthy lifestyle within their own culture and community.
Our vision is to see all in attendance, embrace their culture by wearing the colors of their heritage and bring flags that represent their roots and culture for health and wellness. While doing so, experience a day of instructed group exercises, fitness consultation, cultural awareness, healthy lifestyle education, and healthy food choices, amongst other wellness resources.
This is a FREE event!!!
