Join us for a salon-style ~virtual~ workshop on the way the film process is organized, how power roles play out, what works, and what must change while generating alternative practices! We will discuss and explore the current conditions faced on set by workers and dream up alternatives folks would like to see across the industry on set.

Anna Rosa, filmmaker, media theorist and activist

Jules Retzlaff, otherwise known as Cereal For The Kids, is a born and raised, queer San Franciscan experimental multimedia-maker and activist. We are both members of Surge Media Collective, an up and coming Bay Area based media, art, and education focused collective.
