If you are here to purchase tickets for the April 22 or 23 performances of Fiveplay, we have bad news, and... better news? The bad news is that, for health reasons, two of our actors, Rocky Nunzio and Eric Jones, won&#x27;t be able to perform this weekend.The better news is that, in what may be the Coil&#x27;s most seat-of-the-pants move yet: for the April 22 and April 23 shows, the role of Sawyer will be played by playwright (and accomplished actor) Erica Smith, and the role of Keegan will be played by director (and accomplished actor) Sean Butler. Fiveplay is a new play from local playwright Erica Smith (writer of 2014&#x27;s Come Out and Say It and 2019&#x27;s Stonefish) and directed by Sean Butler (2017&#x27;s Tiresias&#x27; Tits) taking an affectionate look at polyamory and the modern family. Emerson’s dating Sawyer, who’s married to Monty, who’s dating Ray, who’s also dating Avery, who’s married to Emerson. And their friend Keegan lives with them too.This is a show about a family -- Venn House, six people who chose one another. Sure, sometimes poly people&#x27;s problems are about relationships. Sometimes they&#x27;re about jobs, or money, or haunted antiques. And sometimes family is even more complicated than it seems. All showtimes at 8pm, Fridays and Saturdays from April 8 to April 23
