Five Points 50/25 Course Preview

Get ready to dial in your lines and explore Lookout Mountain with SORBA Chattanooga and Lula Lake Land Trust during our Five Points 50/25 Course Preview Ride series leading up to the Oct. 24th race! This group ride will be held at the Moonshine Trails property, but starting at the Core Preserve property.

Whether you're racing or just want to ride with a great crew, these are for you. Can’t make this one? More group rides are coming, each highlighting different sections of the course so you can get comfortable before race day.

About the ride: The section of the race course covered will include the trails on Lula Lake's Moonshine trail system. This ride will be 7 miles with approximately 500 ft. of vertical gain. All of the trails are mostly single track with a combination of long climbs, fast downhills, technical rock gardens, and smooth flowy trails. These rides will roll at a social pace, but the terrain is no joke—expect a mix of flow, roots, and climbs that will keep you on your toes. No one will be left behind!

Date: Thursday, Sept. 10th

Meeting Time: Please arrive no later than 5:45 pm ET. The ride will start promptly at 6:00 pm ET.

Important Details

• This ride may be canceled in the event of heavy rain.
• Bring: Your own mountain bike, helmet, plenty of water and snacks.
• Please note: In the warmer months we do see quite a bit of yellowjackets on the property, so if you are allergic, please carry your own EpiPen as we do not carry them on site.
