If I am at the start of my fitness journey, is it suitable for me to attend?

Absolutely. We welcome everyone from every level of fitness.

Am I obliged to join afterwards?

Nope. The day is all about experiencing what Fitness Yard is bringing to the community. Our memberships are built around you and how you want to use the gym and the team so start a chat with one of the team members for more information if you like, otherwise, enjoy the day and chat to us later ?
