About this event

Our 2024 FOF Showdown Charity Event will be benefiting the Pediatric Cancer Research Foundation.


Teams of 6 (3 guys + 3 girls) will choose 1 team member to complete the following events:

  1. 500 meter row
  2. 500 meter ski erg
  3. 25 cal bike
  4. 4 minute push-up
  5. multi-rig elimination
  6. 1 minute rope climb
  7. team relay (everyone competes and will choose a section of the relay)


Prizes

  • Top scoring team
  • Top fundraising team
  • Best team spirit (we encourage fun team names & team gear)
