    These no-cost 45 minute outdoor circuit training classes held multiple times each week for a multi-week series provide a full-body and fun workout that all ages and abilities can benefit from.

    This series is perfect for people starting a new fitness routine. Additionally, it provides a great opportunity for participants to develop a routine practice of physical activity under the guidance of a fitness professional and alongside a committed group of community members who are also working to achieve a more active lifestyle.

    Participants are encouraged to attend 70% of the classes in this series, which are held multiple times a week for the multi-week series.

    We suggest people interested in participating in this Multi-Week Circuit Training Series first attend a FitLot Method Introduction class to become familiar with the AARP Sponsored Outdoor Fitness Park equipment and the FitLot circuit training method.

    This series is designed for all ages and abilities to comfortably participate, but please make sure you are cleared for physical activity by your physician before beginning a new exercise routine.

    When you arrive at the park please make sure to check in with the FitLot Neighborhood Coach so they can properly check you in.

    Week 2 - Mon, June 17 and Wed, June 19 at 5:45-6:30am

    Week 3 - Mon, June 24 and Wed, June 26 at 5:45-6:30am

    Week 4 - Mon, July 1 and Wed, July 3 at 5:45-6:30am

    Week 5 - Mon, July 8 and Wed, July 10 at 5:45-6:30am

    Week 6 - Mon, July 15 and Wed, July 17 at 5:45-6:30am

    Week 7 - Mon, July 22 and Wed, July 24 at 5:45-6:30am

    Week 8 - Mon, July 29 and Wed, July 31 at 5:45-6:30am

    ~HOW TO PREPARE FOR CLASS~

    What to Wear: comfortable clothes and shoes that you can move and exercise in; take into consideration the weather

    What to Bring: water, towel
