Sweat it out with Fitbit Local, a series of free monthly workouts in your city led by fitness leaders from your community. Summer's around the corner, which is the perfect motivation to get fit! Fitbit Local Ambassador Chad Flahive will lead you through a 45-minute high-intensity workout including cardio drills and strength training movements. After the workout, Chad will share tips on how to design your own workouts for on the go or at home.
Stick around after the workout for your chance to win your very own Fitbit device + Public Body sessions!
