APD F.I.T. Camp

FITNESS. INTEGRITY. TEAMWORK.

It's our fourth annual F.I.T. Summer Camp in partnership with the Allen Police Department! Not only will your camper enjoy exposure to sports performance training and different sports throughout the week, but they’ll also get to take part in police activity-themed fun!

Once again, we've partnered with Special Olympics Texas to provide a week of inclusion. During this week, campers will be paired up with a local Special Olympics attendee. Camp is for all skill levels and ages 8-11. Spots are limited so sign up today!

APD Activities:

SWAT team demos
K-9 demo
Drones
Fire Truck Water Cannon
Speed Laser Drill

ATH Activities:

Weight training, games, skills drills & friendly competitions
Fundamentals of resistance training, speed and agility movements
Coordination and teamwork skills
Exposure to different sports throughout the week

FOOD & DRINK:

Water fountains and drink vending machines are available on site. Kona Ice will be served on Friday.
