*Kick off with a 60 minute heart-pumping workout led by Renegade where we'll try out Forever Fit Bootcamp
*Post-class sips, snacks and social (refuel with Eboost, Real Food from the Ground Up, Food Should Taste Good + granola)!
*Opportunity to practice mindfulness and meditation as you dive into an invigorating cold plunge followed by a quick trip to the infrared sauna.
*Meet & greet with other amazing women!
About the Class:
Our Forever Fit Bootcamp is unlike any women’s only fitness class you’ve experienced before. Chelsea Muncy leads this class and it’s so much more than random exercises thrown together to make it feel tough. Chelsea is one of the area’s leading experts in women’s health and has a lot of experience working with women, meeting them where they are and helping them improve their lives through fitness. If you’re looking to bridge the gap between functional fitness, CrossFit, and women’s health, then this is definitely the class for you.
