"Firsts" - Moving Forward with Creative Courage

We are a cohort of creative individuals working across multiple industries. We come together through our work with Illustrating Progress to  help organizations see their stories and support extraordinary learning and planning environments.  We believe:The best teams accommodate different kinds of thinking processes and creative styles.Fostering creativity is essential to the work of solving today's challenges.More  creative tools  and processes can support everyone's learning - not just the "visual learners."

Illustrating Progress

It takes courage to move into new territory; a new career, life path, or way of being.

We will discuss the tools of putting things in perspective, working with beliefs, the role of intuition, and taking tangible steps forward. Learning Agenda:<ul><li>Navigating uncertainty. </li><li>The role of curiosity and intuition.</li><li>Learning by doing - prototyping our way into the future.</li><li>Bonus: Finding mentors. </li></ul>There is so much wisdom in navigating firsts. Together, we’ll review various mental models around “first times,&quot; while leaning into our own wisdom. What to expect:- It will be a prime meal time (lunch or breakfast) time for many. It is ok to feed yourself!- You’ll be asked to process through writing and drawing. - As always, there will be a thoughtful community with lots of small group dialogue. - We’ll be moving quickly but humanely through a lot of content and activities. Some things will be processed individually and some things may be processed in small groups. - If you are not available to join us the day of, no worries!
