Topics to be covered by your coach include loan approval, credit and debt, required savings, purchase contracts, loan packaging, escrow/closing costs, required documents, etc. Guest speakers are often invited to share additional knowledge.

Learn about Down Payment assistance to help get you in your dream home. Stop Paying rent. Invest in your FUTURE. Lenders who provide Down Payment assistance will give you a clearer picture of how to qualify.

This workshop is provided at no cost to participants. Certificate issued toward Down payment assistance.
