Hosts:

Tria Kreutzer, REALTOR®, M.B.A., CLHMS™, ABR®, SRS, Principal and C.E.O. of The Joe Carbone Team at Compass, has a calling to help others achieve their real estate goals and see communities thrive. Having lived in various socio-economic backgrounds growing up in many different households, Tria has a unique and compassionate understanding of all walks of life and has a genuine passion to help others succeed and make wise choices. Her inner circle is filled with other like-minded people to be an instrument for change finding solutions for people from credit repair and first-time home buying to selling and real estate investing. As an industry leader and top producer, she has hundreds of elated clients who have provided five-star online reviews. She is also the co-host of Mortgage Minute Monday along with Lisa Baxter, Loan Officer of First Community Mortgage.

Lisa Baxter, Loan Officer with First Community Mortgage is passionate about teaching financial literacy to the different sectors of our community that are in need as well as working with first-time homebuyer and the veterans that have served our country. She is a member of the Fayetteville Rotary Club and participates in community volunteering opportunities. She enjoys working with someone that doesn’t think they can reach the goal of home ownership and collaborating closely with them to teach them how to accomplish it. This in turn passes down to the generations after them, and we see positive changes in our community.

Jamie Brown, CEO/Founder of Brown's Financial Services Inc. a Credit Services Organization. She had the foresight nearly 29 years ago that helping people navigate through the complex details in their credit reports would be vital. It's more than just a three digit number. Jamie's desire is to educate others about the five score factors that most lenders use to determine the credit worthiness of potential borrowers.

Her passion and mission is to serve others and especially those who are underrepresented, preparing and empowering them to grow and achieve their goals. This is how legacies are built. Jamie and her team work together with several Mortgage Brokers and Realtors to help their clients achieve the American dream of home ownership. Mrs. Brown sits on the Board of Directors for two non profit organizations and volunteers with several ministries.
