Katie Swinson is both a Senior Real Estate Specialist and an occupational therapist, which means she understands not just the housing side of downsizing, but also the human side. She'll share local insights and resources, practical tips, and first steps to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.

Abilities Network is a nonprofit senior move management organization serving Maryland seniors and families. Their dedicated team specializes in personalized relocation services - from customized floor planning and downsizing assistance to coordinating vendors, packing, directing movers, and fully resettling your new home.
