First Language - a half day immersion in sensing
The intelligence your body never lost. A half day immersion in sensing.
You feel things you can't explain. Sensations that seem to belong to someone else. A disconnection from yourself you can't quite name. A pull toward something deeper — in how you know yourself, and in how you meet others.
Your body has been in constant communication your entire life.
Sending and receiving signals with everyone around you —
beneath language, beneath thought, beneath awareness.
The problem is that your mind forgot how to read it.
So you feel things and assume they are yours. You carry sensations that were never yours to begin with. You lose the thread back to what is actually coming from you.
The First Language is the one your body never stopped speaking.
This day is about learning to understand it again.
THIS IS FOR YOU IF
-You don't need to be a practitioner or a professional. You need to be someone who feels the gap — between the life you are living and the depth of connection to yourself you know is possible.
-You feel disconnected from your own body — present in your life but not fully inside it.
-You feel things that don't seem to belong to you — emotions, heaviness, tension you can't trace back to anything.
-You want to know yourself more deeply. Not intellectually. In your body, in real time, in the moments that matter.
-You work with or lead others — and you understand that how well you can read yourself determines how well you can truly meet them.
A simple flow back into sensing
The day is held with enough structure to feel safe and enough space to stay responsive to what is actually present in the room.
You leave with a felt reference point. Not another concept to understand.
