Can I bring a friend or family member to the event with me?

Yes you just need to RSVP so we can be prepared and make sure there is enough food & beverages.

Is there parking available at the event?

Yes there is ample free parking. We are also fully handicap accessible. Take the elevator up to the 2nd floor.

Will there be refreshments at the event?

Yes a complimentary dinner will be available: baked chicken, rice and salad. Water and juice will also be available.

Are children allowed to attend the event?

While this event is for adults and has limited space if you must bring a baby or child they are welcomed to come and be under your supervision.

Who is hosting the event and what qualifications do they have in aromatherapy?

Dawne Horizons is the host and facilitator of the event. She is a Certified Wellness Coach and holds several certifications in Aromatherapy in addition to her 23 years of experience.

Will there be opportunities to ask questions and interact with the speaker?

Yes this Aromatherapy Gathering is informative and interactive. There will be plenty of opportunities to have your questions answered.

Are essential oils available for purchase at the event, and if so, what types will be available?

Yes you will have an opportunity to purchase essential oils and other products at the conclusion of the event. However, you are not under any obligation to make a purchase.

How long is the event expected to last?

2 hours depending on Q&A. We will be respectful of your time.

Is the event suitable for beginners in aromatherapy or is prior knowledge required?

Yes it is PERFECT for beginners and can also add to the intermediary and advanced users of essential oils as well. This event is primarily for beginners into the world of aromatherapy.

Are there any special considerations or requirements attendees should be aware of (e.g., dress code,

No special requirements or considerations necessary. if you would like to take notes feel free to bring a notebook or paper & pen will be provided for you. no dress code come after work or the gym, come comfortable.
