First Friday Habit Circle

A non-judgmental monthly space for people who want to stay committed to the habits and goals that matter to them—and who believe growth is possible through practice, reflection, celebration, and continued effort.
This circle is grounded in a growth mindset: the belief that we can learn, adapt, and improve over time. Staying committed doesn’t mean getting it right every month—it means being willing to revisit, realign, and keep going.
Each month, you’ll come with:
- A goal and one or more habits you want to create or strengthen
- Any habit is welcome—personal, professional, physical, or emotional
- The only requirement: it’s something you genuinely care about and want to stay committed to for now
Many New Year goals and habits quietly fall away by February—not because people don’t care, but because they don’t create space to reflect and adjust. This circle exists to prevent that by offering a consistent, supportive place to practice reflection, recalibration, and recommitment.
This is not about starting over.
It’s about returning with intention—again and again.

How We Show Up This is a participatory space, not a listen-only event. Camera on and the ability to speak are part of how we hold the circle together. If you're not able to participate fully on a given month, feel free to register for a future session when the timing works better.
Commitment doesn’t mean rigid. It means returning.
Recommitment is a strength, not a setback.
Growth happens through practice.
