First Friday: Flow State Sound Bath

A nourishing sound journey to end the week grounded and begin the month open. 1st Friday of every month at Harmonist Sanctuary in Denver.

An easy, nourishing alternative to the usual Friday night - come unwind, release the week, and start the month feeling more open.

WHAT TO EXPECT

• Gentle guided arrival, personal oracle card pulls, intention-setting, and guided visualization.

• 45-50 minutes of crystal singing bowls, elemental chimes & atmospheric instruments

• Quiet closing for reorientation and grounding

LOCATION

Harmonist Sanctuary - 4633 E Colfax Ave, Denver, CO 80220

***due to construction on Colfax, please allow ample time for parking in the surrounding neighborhood.

TIME

Doors: 5:45pm (arrive early to settle in and pull oracle cards)

Class: 6pm - 7pm

***please be on time - doors will be locked at 6pm so nobody wanders in off the street. Once doors are locked, no admittance and no refunds.

WHAT TO BRING

• Optional: Blanket & pillow, eye cover/sleep mask, socks (no shoes in the sanctuary)
• Dress in cozy layers; body temperature can drop as you relax.

**Yoga mats, light blankets, and bolsters will be provided.
