Friday Night is our once-a-month indoor ecstatic dance — if you’re looking for sober night life with a focus on connection, it doesn’t get more epic than this!
Meet new people and get warmed-up with a guided opening experience 7-8 PM, shake it all off with a live DJ set 8-9:30 PM, then wind-down with live acoustic music, a closing circle, and community hang time til 10:30 PM!
We gather around three things: connection, play, and dancing HARD. We are a diverse community of all ages and backgrounds. Our DJs play a wide range of dynamic, upbeat music—everything from bass and hip-hop to world and classic tracks. Whether you’re looking to dive deep and move meditatively or just sweat it out to some high-energy beats, you are welcome exactly as you are.

Body Talk w/ Hannah Jo & Sierra
Leave your voice at the door and join us for an hour of silent solo, group, and spine-to-spine partner explorations designed to wake up your body, ground you in non-verbal connection, and prime you for a night of revelry. We’ll use playful eye contact, somatic storytelling, and synchronizing breath to read body language in real time and unlock new ways of moving. (If you know you’ll join for this portion of the night, please register separately via Union so we have a headcount!)

Resident DJ and founder of Ecstatic Dance Santa Barbara, Ean Golden is a trailblazer in the DJ world. He’s known for blending cutting-edge tech with raw, soulful creativity. On the dance floor, Ean’s sets are a journey—alive, rhythmic, and deeply connected to the energy of the moment. For this event, Ean will take us on a ride through a range of genres, dipping into deep and fluid tracks that pull you into connection with others on the dance floor. Come dive beneath the surface and let the bass wash over you.
