First Aid/ CPR/ AED Certification

Welcome to the First Aid/ CPR/ AED Certification event! Are you ready to learn life-saving skills? Join us in person on Sat, Apr 27, 2024 at 10:00 AM CDT at the Robert Mickle Business and Neighborhood Resource Center. This hands-on training will teach you how to respond in emergency situations and potentially save a life. You are required to complete a self-paced web-based training and attend a 2-hour and 15-minute in-classroom skills session for First Aid and CPR/AED training. The web-based training link will be sent to you after you have registered and paid for the training. You MUST complete the web-based training before you join us in-person on April 27th.

The training covers identifying and responding to sudden illnesses such as seizures, strokes, allergic reactions, positioning, and diabetic emergencies, as well as CPR/AED techniques for cardiac and breathing emergencies. Upon successful completion of both components, you will receive certification in First Aid and CPR/AED.
