What should I bring to class?

Yourself and water! All equipment will be provided for you including yoga mat and any props needed for class!

What to wear?

We are located inside a greenhouse so it will be warm.  Any comfortable workout attire, you may wear grip socks or barefoot! No shoes during classes!
