Firefly Walk
View the light show of fireflies after dark in the Preserve
The fireflies are out en masse and they put on a spectacular show this time of year! We'll set out just before sunset and meander through open meadows as the fireflies awaken from their slumber and begin to display their love language. Meet in the Visitor’s Center courtyard. The hike will be about 4 miles, leashed dogs are welcome.
In the event of rain, the hike may be canceled or postponed; you will be notified via email by 2 pm the day of the hike.
IMPORTANT: As most private transportation providers, such as Uber and Lyft, will not service the Preserve location in the evening hours, please secure your transportation arrangements accordingly.
