Bringing together culinary stars from around the country for a weekend of oceanfront indulgence, Fire It Up! has quickly become Maui’s signature culinary event. This year, Fire It Up! will feature two main events:Sea to FireFriday, July 19, 2019 | 6:30pm - 9:30pm<ul><li>Participating Chefs: Jonathan Waxman, Michael &amp; Bryan Voltaggio, Xavier Salomon, Tadashi Yoshino, Hubert Keller, Mark Noguchi, Alvin Savella, Ed Kenney, Fabrice Benezit</li><li>Makai (ocean) inspired live-fire culinary event honoring Hawaii’s ancient connection to the ocean and its bounty.
