A wellness experience combining Hot Pilates, refreshments, and restorative Yin Yoga.
Begin with an energising Hot Pilates class that will build strength, confidence, and heat throughout the body. After time to refresh, connect, and enjoy healthy refreshments, we'll transition into a deeply restorative Yin Yoga practice, allowing you to slow down, release tension, and leave feeling grounded, open, and renewed.
This workshop has been designed for those who are curious about this specific type of movement; e.g exercising in a heated room plus movement that helps with recovery, mobility, and nervous system regulation.
Whether you're completely new to movement or a seasoned practitioner, this experience is designed to be welcoming, accessible, and enjoyable for all levels.
