Surrounded by the beauty of Sage Lodge, guests will begin with a mindful nature walk, ease into grounding breathwork and a meditative sound bath, and then move through a 60-minute contrast therapy session featuring Tylö saunas and the invigorating Vigor™ cold plunge, by Hot Spring Spas. This afternoon immersion invites you to release, reset, and reconnect — all while flowing between the elements.
