Then you will be given a cup of the highest quality, Ceremonial Cacao to take part in our sacred heart-opening Cacao Ceremony. The Cacao works to relax you, open your heart chakra, and help you to be receptive to the healing you will experience.

Finally, you'll relax into Yoga Nidra mediation and deep sound healing during which you will be immersed in the healing energies of the Gong, Crystal singing bowls and other high-frequency instruments.

This event offers a safe and supportive space for personal growth, healing, and connection.

We live in a dualistic world... light and darkness, yin and yang, masculine and feminine. But bringing these contrasting sides into balance and harmony allows us to experience more joy, authenticity, and depth in our lives.

"Casa" represents masculine energy/elements, and "Rituals" the feminine energy/elements...merging David and Marit's skills and energies beautifully.

David has an extensive background in alternative healing, with over 25 years of experience in globally known 5-star spas, connecting with customers worldwide. Over time, he came to find the most joy and passion using Sound Healing as a primary tool to help improve physical and emotional health. And the overall benefits of ultimate relaxation, both during 1-on-1 and group experiences. David now regularly guides sound baths and Yoga Nidra meditations for groups and private clients.

Marit embarked on this healing journey of self-discovery over 15 years ago, learning to thrive while living with an autoimmune disease. She began by embracing a plant-based diet and alternative medicines. She started her mindfulness practice through Yoga and discovered the beautiful art of Meditation and Energy Healing shortly after. She has studied under Mayan shaman Izaias Mendoza from Guatemala.Her passion lies in holding space for others to connect with who they are and then radiate magic back into the world.

She is certified Reiki Master and in Chinese Energy Medicine, a Cacao Ceremony Facilitator and is by heart a Fairy Alchemist Earth warrior.
