Nicole “Nikki” Marshall, originally from the suburbs of New Jersey, began her career in Miami’s emerging real estate market at the age of 24. Since then, Nikki has maintained multi-million dollar sales in residential properties and acquired a niche in income-producing sales and property development. Her ability to source deals and creatively close transactions sets her apart.
Nikki’s social and relatability skills allow her to cultivate meaningful relationships with clients. She’s not just a real estate agent; she’s an advocate for possibilities. Nikki’s unwavering passion for knowledge extends beyond ordinary residential transactions. She aims to learn more about every facet of the industry, including commercial development and investment sales.
Nikki Marshall is committed to making an impact in Miami’s ever-growing market. Beyond her professional life, Nikki looks forward to philanthropic endeavors, including constructing global housing for struggling economies and creating non-profit organizations for underprivileged adolescents and schools.
Katrina Karyofyllis is a Canadian Born DJ/Producer from Ottawa, Ontario. At an early age Katrina developed a passion for music, teaching herself everything from how to play piano and produce music which led to millions of people around the world that would enjoy it. Working her way up the Canadian music scene under the name Katrella she gained critical acclaim rapidly. Katrella won Top DJ in her hometown, Ottawa several years in a row which was awarded by Faces Magazine. Katella’s success led to commercial endorsement deals with major brands such as Chevrolet Canada with their “Cruze-Ing with Katrella’ advertising campaign.
In 2017 Katrella wanted to be closer to the heart of House Music and decided it was time to make the move from Canada to Miami. From there, Katrella was granted a rare artist visa for her outstanding talent and landed a residency with one of Miami’s most well-known radio stations, Revolution 93.5. As a music producer, radio and performing DJ, Katrella has emerged into one of dance music’s most influential tastemakers. Along with Touring around the world Katrella is one of Miami's Top Business Woman and Female Founder.
On top of all her success in 2020, Katrella became a Co-Owner of Industry³ Miami, a night-life and event production company located in the Magic City. Through her passion and vision she helped transform Industry³ into one of Miami’s leading event production companies, bringing live music events attended by thousands, even though for just a short time during a very difficult year for many.
