Fink's BBQ Crawl

The Fink’s Brand was established in 2001 in a small takeout location in River Edge, New Jersey.  Our catering operation has run continuously since then, and our current restaurant group was formed in 2012, with our sister location in  Dumont, NJ. Our menu is cooked from scratch on premises  using Fink’s own recipes, developed over his 30 year career.  In addition to his study at the New England Culinary Institute, Dave ‘Fink’ Finkelstein has worked in world-renowned fine dining locations such as The Commander’s Palace in New Orleans, LA and local American standard stalwarts, like The Iron Horse in Westwood, NJ.  Media accounts have labeled him "one of  the Pitmasters that helped put NJ BBQ on the map.”

Join us for a day of BBQ and fun!!  We start at Fink's BBQ and Cheesesteak Roadhouse in Suffern, NY.  Join us on a bus tour of the area's premier BBQ spots!  Enjoy some samples of Fink's Fabulous BBQ and get on the bus to Smoked BBQ in Ridgewood, NJ for some of their award winning meats!  Next stop?  We visit pitmaster Cho at Kimchi Smoke's flagship location for some of his creative and world renowned BBQ Beef!    Next we swing north again to stop at Southbound BBQ in Chestnut Ridge, NY for some of their as seen on TV tender cuts!  Finally we return to Fink's in Suffern for homemade desserts and Coffee.  
Pitmasters will be on the bus to talk their places up as we go to them and some will be available for Q&A while we taste!  Attendees shall be given a goody bag that will include a Fink's BBQ Tour T-Shrit, BBQ Sauce, Spice Rubs, and more BBQ shwag than you can shake a BBQ Mop at!
Two Vouchers redeamable for either one draft beer (where available) or two fountain drinks.

Event runs about 4 hours.
Additional beverage, food, etc available for purchase at each location.
 
 
FAQs
 
Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
12 to 18 with adult.  Adult and child must both buy tickets.  Must be 21 to purchase alcohol at Fink's and Southbound BBQ
 
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Please park in the lot just south of Fink's.  33 Orange Ave, Suffern, NY on your GPS.  A left turn out of our lot and then turn right into the parking lot under the Thruway.  Park there.  This has been okayed with Suffern PD.  We will be taking a bus to the the rest of the locations.  Early departure from tour is at your own expense with no refunds.
 
What can I bring into the event?
Cameras, water bottles, small bag,  there is no space for large bags on the bus.  You may NOT bring your own alcoholic beverages.
 
What's the refund policy? 
Refunds are allowed up to 72 hours before the event.
 
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No, but you must know the name on the ticket
 
Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?
Yes
 
Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?
Yes, but they may not be seated until departure time to ensure no shenanigans.
