Choosing finishing products and using them can be intimidating. This is why we created this finishing workshop to help you skip the learning curve and avoid costly mistakes! In the workshop you will learn how to perfectly sand and finish your pieces using water-based stains and oil. We will provide you with the knowledge and tools to choose the perfect finish for your workshop projects, for restoring old furniture, etc. The products we will be using give endless color and tone combinations and offer you the chance to create a unique look for your projects!
No prior knowledge is needed for this workshop, just a knack for creativity! If you have already built something and have some leftover wood from the specific project, bring it along as it will be the best test piece to visualise the finished look you are going for. If not, no worries! We will provide you with test pieces!

What's the refund policy?
Free cancellation/change of date of your order is possible until 7 days before the workshop/course starts. No refunds for cancellations will be issued within 7 days of the workshop/course. Cancellations within 7 days will result in a loss of 100% of the ticket price or cancelled voucher. In case of illness, a signed doctor's certificate is required for full refund.
Woodwork Academy can cancel the workshop at any given time in this case the participants will receive a mail or phone call, so they can decide between a full refund*** for the workshop or a change of dates, in case of a refund, materials will not be charged.
When a workshop - that you registered for via gift card - is cancelled, you will receive back your gift card ready to use it again, but not a refund.
***A FULL REFUND WILL ONLY BE POSSIBLE WITHIN THE NEXT 5 WORKING DAYS AFTER THE EVENT, AFTER THAT TIME ONLY A CHANGE OF DATES WILL BE POSSIBLE, FOR MAXIMUM PERIOD OF 6 MONTHS.
