About the Workshop
The overwhelming feelings of loss, grief, and chaos caused by the fires can be difficult to process. Losing your home, belongings, and sense of security is more than just a physical loss—it’s an emotional one, too.
Experiencing trauma puts us in survival mode, relying on logic to get through the day. But emotions don’t work that way. They speak a different language—the language of the right brain, where creativity, intuition, and imagination live.
If we don’t acknowledge and release our emotions, they linger, becoming unresolved challenges that keep us stuck. Stuck emotions won’t go away until we allow ourselves to explore, process, and transform them.
A Safe and Creative Space to Process Your Emotions
Finding Yourself in Times of Loss is a safe space where you can explore your emotions naturally, creatively, and playfully. It’s a place to step away from daily stress and reconnect with yourself.
Through creative emotional expression, you can:
- Release pent-up emotions
- Find clarity and inner strength
- Feel lighter and more at peace
- Move forward with greater ease
About Me
I’m Anat, a Creative Emotion Coach, helping people navigate emotional challenges through creativity, imagination, and intuition.
Growing up in a trauma-shaped environment, I buried my emotions until anxiety forced me to confront them. Everything changed when I discovered the power of emotional creative expression—it became my path to healing.
Now, I guide others to process emotions, release what’s weighing them down, and move forward with greater ease.
